OGG1-IN-08 (O8 OGG1 Inhibitor-Bio-X) is a potent inhibitor of 8-oxoguanine DNA glycosylase-1 (OGG1) with IC50 of 0.22 μM. OGG1-IN-08 decreases both the glycosylase and lyase activities of OGG1.
